Stephan de Villiers, a Sharpening Your People Skills Instructor, shares his insights after a recent Live Event at Luxe College for Social Services in Johannesburg:

“It was so refreshing to teach a Live Event again – in a real classroom, with real (masked and socially distanced) people in front of me. This, especially so, after a year marked by ‘zoom fatigue’ and isolation.

This training in people skills was so relevant to the students in front of me – who are training as community and social workers. But I just realized afresh how we all need people skills – pandemic or not – but maybe even more so because of the pandemic and our socially distanced habits!

Sharpening your People Skills is such a great way to add value in a post-Covid world.”
