Rick Warren is an innovative pastor, renowned author, and global influencer. The various ministries Pastor Rick has created are a multi-faceted expression of his heart to bring the whole gospel to the whole world. 

Pastor. Since founding Saddleback Church, Rick Warren continues to be at the forefront of the evangelical movement, encouraging churches everywhere to be a sanctuary for hope and healing. Saddleback Church was founded by Rick and Kay Warren in 1980 in Lake Forest, California. Saddleback has grown to over 30,000 weekly attendees across sixteen locations and an online campus hosting listeners from around the world. Saddleback Church has built an outreach of more than 300 community ministries, including the nationally recognized Celebrate Recovery, a Christ-centered recovery program now implemented in over 25,000 churches.

Author. Topping the New York Times Best Seller list for the last 3 decades, Rick Warren’s books are known for taking complex theological principles and translating them for the common man. He is the author of The Purpose Driven Life, one of the best-selling nonfiction books in publishing history. It has been translated into 137 languages and sold more than 50 million copies in multiple formats.

Global Influencer. Rick is recognized as an influential spiritual leader, regularly advising international leaders in the public, private, and faith sectors on the most challenging issues of our time. Dr. Warren has addressed the United Nations, Global Health Summit, World Economic Forum in Davos, Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, the Aspen Ideas Institute, TED, and numerous world congresses on the issues of poverty, health, education, corruption, leadership development, and faith and ethics in culture. Leader and Founder: Doxa Deo

Alan Platt is an agent of transformation in the lives of individuals, local churches and corporate structures of society. He has been full-time in Christian ministry since 1983, serving the church on various levels. Under his leadership Doxa Deo has been birthed and is currently serving 30000 people in eleven different campuses functioning as one integrated church in the city of Pretoria.

Doxa Deo has also established campuses in the five other major cities of South-Africa, as well as internationally in London UK, Auckland NZ, and Stuttgart Germany. Doxa Deo has a vision to plant more campuses nationally and internationally and to use it as a vehicle through which it can engage culture and society affecting communities around the world.

Alan has led the charge to create a Kingdom Partnership program for leaders and ministries globally who relate to the vision, values and the model of the Doxa Deo ministry. This program is called the City Changers Movement of which he is also the visionary leader.

He is also currently functioning as the lead architect of the Church United program in South Florida USA, which is bringing churches together in collaboration in the region, within the Miami/Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
