| Million Leaders Mandate Volume 2 Update |

We are currently planning the fifth Square 1 event in southern Africa. This event will be held on 13 – 15 October. A Square 1 event is where Associate Trainers are trained, who in turn host the Volume 2 Notebook events. The new strategy focuses on ‘circles’ rather than ‘rows’, meaning that leaders are mentored and not just taught the principles of Volume 2.
The influence of Volume 2 is starting to be seen, as more and more top leaders and organizations are interested in incorporating it into their curriculum. Notebook events have already taken place in Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Angola and South Africa. As new people are exposed to the Volume 2 journey there is also a need to loop back and delve into Volume 1 teaching, as that is still a vital part of the leadership development journey!
