Growth is usually on the minds of pastors and most want to expand their congregation size. But how do you measure church growth? The answer is impact.
Are you a pastor or church leader who often asks “what will it take to grow my church?” Do you find yourself believing the myths that you need a certain personality or particular styles of music to grow a church?
Pastors and church leaders are confronted each day with challenges, barriers, opportunities, and decisions related to the growth of their local church. Although every church is unique, there are some God ordained principles that apply to all churches which help initiate, direct, and measure your church's IMPACT in the lives of individuals, families, communities, and the world.
This High Impact Church toolbox event is the continuation of three previous training events that are part of an initial three-year process with the AFM denomination in Zambia.
