Feedback from TEAM Learning presented on 12 August 2009.
The TEAM Learning process is best facilitated when there is a focus for the day. Law 5 from the High Impact Church sets the right atmosphere for the training because it focuses on the Law of Dependency. As a result, the delegates are encouraged in their faith in God as well as equipped with new skills. Their comments reflect this range of learning.

I feel charged up because I can actually, practically envision the change that needs to take place at my church and in my ministry. And I actually look forward to it. The main reason is because of the many nuggets of truth contained in the process; such as "A problem well defined is a problem half solved." (Charles Kettering) and being able to effectively and systematically deal with barriers to my dependency on God. - Ps Tumo Marabe

God changed my attitude about Himself and me. There is inner joy and peace that I had lost touch with. - Maria Nkomo

God opened my eyes about what I am supposed to be doing and not doing - and how to plan accordingly. To keep a spiritual journal and to have a special space where I spend time with God. - Mpho Mongala

I have learned how to lead more people in dependency on God. And that I am not the only person to carry the whole church. I have learned how easy it is to get ideas from a team and to get buy in from everyone in the church and for people to act on the decisions they make. - Ps Vincent Mdiza

One thing that I learned today was mostly on prayer. That we come to the "How much more God". - Elizabeth Mdiza

Wow. My reliance on God has been challenged. I now realise that I have to make effort to move toward totally depending on Him in thought, action and words - as He waits for me to call Him, Abba Father. I love the practical and personal application to this process. - Doreen Marabe

I feel happy, motivated and refreshed. My prayer life will be at a different level from today. Also my family and every department in the church will depend on God like never before. I'll focus on the solution and not the problem. - Mahlako Seoloane
