Million Leaders Mandate Square 1 |
The Million Leaders Mandate Square 1 event
is for those leaders who want to be Associate Trainers (ATs), having
the level of influence and the desire to arrange Train-The-Trainer
events over the duration of the Million Leaders Mandate Volume Two
process. At the events these ATs arrange, they will teach Certified
Trainers who will take the Million Leaders Mandate content and teach
other developing leaders through the six Notebook volume.
What is the criteria for serving as an Associate Trainer?
- Senior Pastors and Christian Business Leaders who are:
- Willing to commit two weeks per year for three years to a specific region
- Willing to underwrite own travel and personal expenses
An
Associate Trainer is a Senior Pastor or Christian Business Leader who
has a commitment to join EQUIP in using the Million Leaders Mandate to
develop international Christian leaders who will fulfil the Great
Commission in every nation.
MLM Volume II will build on the leadership foundation from Vol 1
and take it one step further by training our own Associate Trainers
(ATs) to teach these leaders again in the next volume.

Circle of influence
As
EQUIP has trained over 2 million leaders around the world through the
“Train the Trainer” model, we made some important discoveries. One of
them is how challenging it is to bridge the cultural gap as
communicators.
EQUIP’s success hinges upon your ability to effectively communicate the
Million Leaders Mandate leadership material. As such, we require all
EQUIP Associate Trainers to attend a SQUARE 1 training before they
teach. It is also vital for the international ministry of EQUIP to go
forward that you totally understand EQUIP’s ministry.
A
trained and certified AT is qualified to train all six the Volume II
notebooks. There may be catch up events held, from time to time if
necessary. Notebooks 1 – 6 will then be supplied at the timing
discretion of Equip and the AT can take it at the pace that best suites
its region. Thus, the ATs determine the pace and flow of this Volume
II. Where the region requires, the AT can even teach MLM Volume 1
material.
ATs are trained on invitation or application and the Square One
event is not open to the public. After qualifying, an AT will
facilitate own public trainings in locally organised, self funded
events. Equip SA offers support in training requirements and marketing
events, where possible.
