| MLM Volume 2 launch |

On the 15th of October, 32 leaders from the church, business and political sectors, attended the first Square One event led by a southern African team; to equip Associate Trainers to take the content of Million Leaders Mandate Volume Two into the region.
MLM Volume One was facilitated through a three year process, comprising 6 notebooks each presented at 15 sites across the region with 6 months seperating each notebook.
MLM Volume Two will be facilitated through southern African Associate Trainers who will present the content of each notebook in their area of influence; equipping Certified Trainers to mentor others using this content, brimming with excellent leadership principles.
The Square One event involved presenting the Biblical Foundation of Equip International Ministries, Foundations of an Associate Trainer, a number of creative exercises and an interview with Dr. Jannie Botha who used MLM Volume One content with sports personalities in small group settings. The method he used is in keeping with the direction MLM Volume Two is heading, from rows (events) to circles (process). Judging by the feedback received, it was a success.

One Associate Trainer had already met with a local coffee shop franchise the next day, to set up regular business breakfasts that will start in January 2009. The topic of Notebook 7 (the first in MLM Volume Two) is Today Matters and will walk Certified Trainers, and those they train through a process of making key leadership decisions and then managing those decisions so that each day becomes a masterpiece. |
