Page 1 of 3 Saturday 10 May 2008 saw the first consultation for Walk Thru the
Bible's "High Impact Network", a network to train local churches to
impact every community.290 Pastors and church members attended this event at Beula Park Conference center in Isando, Gauteng.

The day started off with a plenary session highlighting the vision for the High Impact Network. A short clip from the new resource "Grow Ministry Library" was shown to emphasize the need for pastors to live a balanced life. After coffee, delegates could choose to attend one of four tracks: Preaching for Lifechange, Identifying needs in your community, Strategize to evangelize your community and High Impact Youth. Feedback received from the different tracks:High Impact Youth"I've learned to put God first in all of my activities. To never doubt my purpose in Jesus Christ." - pastor, Pillar of Fire Bible Church "Courage is the source of strength when things get tough in Youth Ministry." - member, Mogogelo Church "I've learned how to reach young people at their level, a way of communication with young people." - member, New Life Bible Ministries "I've learned about the principle of expectation. What I can expect from God and what He is expecting from me." - member, The Answer Bible Church "You need to equip yourself to work better with the youth." - member, Joy Worship Centre
