Teaching with Style and Solving the People Puzzle were presented to a group of agents for the Leadership Warehouse on 19 September, as part of their orientation. Teaching with Style is primarily focused on how to communicate with style in a teaching setting, but has many lessons that apply to any communication setting.
The course is currently being converted to DVD format and should be available for sale by the end of October. Solving the People Puzzle is facilitated live by trained instructors and helps us understand ourselves, then understand others and then apply that understanding to the way we relate to others.
