uniquely positioned to positively impact these challenges. The Body of Christ
is commissioned, positioned and given the authority to impact the world. The
church is instructed to reach the lost, mature the found and meet needs in
communities.
What is the High Impact Network?
The
High Impact Network serves the Body of Christ with LifeChanging Bible
tools and training to see every community impacted.
The
High Impact Network exists to partner with the leadership of local
churches so that the Body of Christ is built up. A stronger body means a
greater impact!
Three
things happen in a high impact church:
1. Lost people are coming to Christ;
2. Found people are growing to maturity; and
3. The church is meeting significant needs in the community.
The 2020
vision of the High Impact Network is for at least one local
church to make an impact in every community of 5,000 people, within
southern Africa.
The church
is God’s chosen vehicle to reach and change the world. Driven by His plan in
Ephesians 4: 15-16,
‘…the whole body… joined and knit together by what every
joint supplies ,according to the effective working by which every part does its
share…’

in serving the local church to achieve her mandate in this world – we

A local
church is making a high impact when the lost are being reached, the
found are being matured and significant local needs are being met.

seeks to serve and empower your church to pursue impact through:

The High Impact Network is
all about local churches impacting every community. This is achieved by a local
church reaching the lost, maturing the found and meeting significant needs in
their community. The High Impact Network seeks to serve your church
in the pursuit of these goals.
What are my commitments within the
High Impact Network?
There are
no minimum time commitments. You use equipping events and resources as need
within the church ministries. Reporting is optional. A very reasonable annual
membership subscription is payable.
Before
joining you are required to indicate your intention to become a church making
an impact. That means having an intentional process for bringing lost people to
Christ, growing found people to maturity and a focus on meeting significant
needs in the community.
The High
Impact Network members are encouraged to support and help each other,
especially in areas of expertise and ability. In time this will establish a
co-operative culture beyond the High Impact Network.
How do I join?
The High
Impact Network is open to all churches who proclaim the risen Lord, Jesus
Christ as Saviour.
The
leadership of all new High Impact Network applicant
churches first needs to have watched or listened to the
'How to Grow a High Impact Church'
course. This could be as a live presentation, on DVD
or audio CD. The pastor and church leadership need to evaluate how the
principles suggested in this course apply to them. Upon membership
application the pastor simply needs to confirm that this was done.
Complete
and submit the High Impact Network subscription form, along with your first
year’s subscription fee.
Churches
across southern Africa can now join the High
Impact Network. The applicable countries are Angola,
Botswana, Comoros, Lesotho,
Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius,
Mozambique, Namibia, Reunion,
Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland,
Zambia and Zimbabwe.
