Sharpening Your People Skills Grow Toolbox events are designed to give you practical principles that you can apply immediately. If you want to be able to influence people to accomplish a goal, then this course is for you. Sharpening Your People Skills – from The Leadership Warehouse. Designed for the corporate environment.

Summary

Session One:

Through the use of a special behavioural analysis, participants will gain insight into their strengths, the characteristics of their ideal work environments, their weaknesses, where they need others, and areas of personal growth.

Session Two:

Participants will develop a greater understanding and appreciation of others as they look at how people are different in 12 distinct categories.

Session Three:

Participants will learn how to increase their effectiveness and be more successful in dealing with others through practicing versatility, (i.e., adapting their behaviour to meet the needs of others and the demands of specific situations).  They will learn the five key steps in becoming more versatile and discover how to apply those steps in practical ways.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I am interested in training in people skills. However most of the sessions are on week days and therefore more difficult for employeed people.

    Do your have weekend courses or is the course avaiolable on correspondence?
